I don’t usually stay in hotels, but I came with a group from work and found this one clean, warm, comfortable, and friendly. The food was nice, especially the salads, and breakfast had everything you’d need. The spa was nice as well. There’s a bus stop outside, and the hotel is toward the higher end of the forests rather than in town, making it a beautiful base for forest walks. My only downside was having no tea in the room. I’d happily give it 9/10.

The little spa is welcoming and comfortable, just right. The hotel is outside the centre but close to everything, with a bus stop right in front. They made our ski holiday feel perfect, welcoming and helpful without ever being intrusive. The whole team is meticulous, and the waitresses are professional, friendly, and helpful. Cleanliness was impeccable everywhere. Breakfast and dinner were prepared by gourmets, with simple traditional dishes, and the value for money was truly excellent. At Resa Blancia, you feel at home. We need more places like this in Alto Adige. Resa Blancia, you’re in my heart. Keep it up, you’re strong and honest. A hug, see you soon!

There were lovely surprises too, like Tyrolean music at dinner. The staff were so friendly and cheerful, and from the moment we arrived they made us feel at home. Everything was spotless and the food was excellent. Three stars really doesn’t do this hotel justice. We’d definitely recommend it and will be back.
