We loved the delicious food, especially the outdoor bbq. The balcony had amazing views, and my partner and I sat out there reading whenever we weren’t exploring the surrounding wilderness. The rooftop deck was great too, with a jacuzzi and saunas that I’m sure are fabulous during ski season.

The location is great, but the charges left a bad taste. When we arrived, the parking in front was full, so I asked where to leave the car. They directed me to a garage and charged for it later, though that part doesn’t matter much. On the first day, they told us the dog would be free. When we checked out, they wanted €54 because the dog wasn’t small. And after paying €300 for a night, they still charged us for tap water. It’s sad to be charged for a glass of water on top of everything else.

For winter visitors, the lifts to Kronplatz mountain are close by. The hotel is also near the town centre, shops including Interspar, and the bus station. We really enjoyed our stay here as a family. Breakfast and dinner were included, and both were fantastic, with very tasty food and kind staff. There’s a sauna, and you can get some sun on the roof. Highly recommend.

We’ve been staying at the MIrabel Hotel since 2007, and our visit from 26.03.2022 to 02.04.2022 was another good one. The service is very good, the place is clean, and breakfast and dinner are tasty and generous. It’s also very close to the Miara ski lift, which connects to the Kronplatz ski complex. After our 2-year pandemic break, the new open-air SPA on the roof was a lovely surprise and a great investment. The underground garage and enlarged SPA are also good improvements. We recommend the hotel for mountain bikers and hikers as well as winter skiers. Bravo to the owners. See you next season.

The food was tasty, varied, and very filling, and the house red was really palatable. We visited near the end of the season and are already thinking about coming back. It was a tremendous holiday and a fabulous hotel experience. Jan Luca was adorable, a courteous and delightful young host. The dining staff were fun, especially the banter, and reception was thorough and attentive. Top marks for the catering.
