16th Fad Rooms

Fabio and Antonella were so thoughtful and kind, always paying attention to what I needed. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, and the seafront setting meant shops and other amenities were close by. I had a properly relaxing break and would happily come back. Highly recommended.

I was there August 10th to 15th, 2025. The room itself was roomy and clean, with a refrigerator, and the bathroom had plenty of space and a handy washing machine. I also had a large balcony facing the sea. The downside was all the nightlife nearby: there’s a bar just below the balcony, and bars and restaurants along the avenue on both sides play loud music until 1 or 2 in the morning. Shutting the windows didn’t do much to keep it out.

Waking up to the sea right outside was one of the best parts of our stay at 16 TH FAD ROOMS. The rooms were spotless, carefully looked after, and had what we needed to feel comfortable. Antonella and Fabio were welcoming and helpful, always making us feel at home. Everything felt well cared for, and I’d recommend this B&B for a relaxing stay with warm hospitality.

Fabio and Antonia welcomed us so warmly and shared lots of great tips for the area. You can tell there’s been a lot of care put into the details here. Our room was cozy, stylish, and really clean, and we felt at home straight away. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.
