Breakfast comes with the stay and is at Bar Nonnina across the street. The room was fresh, spotless, and very comfortable, and you’re practically on the seafront. We’ll be back every year!

I paid 50% upfront for a triple room for four days. Then, on departure day, I found out by chance that the reservation I’d made in July had been canceled because I hadn’t answered an email they sent ten days before. I hadn’t checked my inbox, and they hadn’t let me know another way. I asked them to arrange somewhere else for the booked dates. In the end, I stayed one day less and paid the same as a double room would have cost, despite originally booking a triple at their property. They seemed unreliable and brushed off the inconvenience, playing down what had happened.

The walls let every little sound through. Over our four nights I could hear someone showering, a baby crying, a guest arriving at midnight and drying their hair, and the TV in the next room. We didn’t get a wink of sleep. Breakfast at the nearby café was just as disappointing: there often wasn’t even a croissant, the bartender seemed annoyed making coffee, and there were too few tables to find a seat. I’d never stay at this “property” again, even for free.

The location is so convenient, right on the seafront. Our room only got a thin sliver of light, and some things could use an update. Still, I don’t feel it deserves a negative review.
