The apartment was functional and very well cared for, in a lovely building just a stone’s throw from the Lido. I have multiple allergies, including to dust and food, but had no trouble at all. Everything was impeccable, from the dishes and kitchen to the bathroom, bed, balcony, windows, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Mrs. Anna handles the cleaning with real care for guests’ needs and always greets you with a smile, ready to help. We’ll definitely return, thanks to her too!

Apartment 924 had two different outlooks, one toward the street with a small balcony, and another window with a partial sea view. The apartments are about 200 meters from the hotel, where you check in, and it’s an easy walk between them. That setup worked well for getting to the spa and beach, and the stay includes 20% off at Lido Terme spa. The apartments at Palazzo Novecento are brand new and a convenient alternative to a hotel, with comfortable beds and a full kitchen, dishwasher and microwave included. The manager was very kind and willing to meet requests, and the staff were helpful with small issues. A very positive stay!
