The restaurant, staff, and my own beach bed were all highlights. I loved being able to spend each day stretched out by the Adriatic, and the food was delicious. Try the fried cod with squid ink, it's AMAZING. Torquemada Beach Club has great beach views, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing feel. It's posh in an affordable sort of way, if that makes sense, with excellent service and a whole staff that made me feel right at home. I was lucky to stay five days last year, and I hope to return. The trip to this little town in Puglia is completely worth it, even if you'd never heard of it. You might even find yourself thinking of moving to the region for good.
