The slopes are right beside the complex, and restaurants, a supermarket and ski rental are all within a five-minute walk. The kitchen was well equipped, and there’s a ski room with locked lockers, plus parking. We had rooms on the 4th, 6th and 7th floors, but the elevator wasn’t working during our stay. If you have small children or trouble with stairs, I’d ask for a room from 100 to 400. We brought our own sheets to avoid the extra charge. Bring or buy toilet paper and washing soap or washing machine tablets if you’ll be eating in the apartment.

A good spot if you want to stay as close as possible to the ski slopes. Marileva 1400 has an older hotel with three types of apartments, and it works well for big groups. Parking was no problem, and everything is nearby. The kitchen has enough equipment for basic cooking.

The hotel and local shops had great prices, and the complex is right by the cabin lift and the slopes. The place is quite old, with a feel that reminded me of Communist times in Eastern Europe.
