The staff were consistently kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel was generally clean, although there was some mold around our shower. The location is convenient if you have a car for day trips, but not so good if you want nightlife or things to do within walking distance. The dining was disappointing. We tried both the buffet dinner and the steak restaurant, and neither was worth the quality or price. Online photos suggested sea views, but you can’t see the water from the property and have to walk to reach it. The wellness spa was the biggest letdown. I paid €75 for what was meant to be a deep tissue massage, but it felt more like pinching than an actual massage. The spa was small, the sauna uncomfortably hot, and several parts of the water circuit weren’t working properly. The “extras” end up costing much more than the hotel stay, and sadly they aren’t worth it. At Park Hotel Marinetta, the negatives outweighed the positives for us.

The spa and pools were kept to a very high standard of service and cleanliness. The only drawback was the tiny shower, which hardly took away from the experience. We had an amazing event at this Hotel, and the staff were the real highlight. The food at the poolside restaurant was beyond anything I’ve seen elsewhere, especially the fish, cooked perfectly juicy. Filiberto the sommelier was amazing at suggesting, presenting, and talking through the wines. All the staff were at the highest level I’ve seen in a while.

The food was really good, and the beach location is hard to beat. The staff were welcoming and accommodating with anything we needed. Make time for the spa, it’s worth spending a few hours there. We had a lovely, relaxing stay and will definitely come again. Special thanks to Luigi at the manache restaurant!

If being close to the beach matters most, the location is good. Our room had an excellent view, though the rooms and property need updating. The service at the Ombra Della Serra restaurant was friendly, but the food was just okay.

We really appreciated being allowed a late checkout until 6pm at no extra charge, since our flight home was late in the evening. Thank you for that. The staff were all brilliant at what they do, and very helpful and accommodating. The service, food, and location were wonderful. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a stress-free break.
