B&B Casa Valentone - Marina di Camerota

Carmelo and Maria Luce gave us such a warm welcome and were helpful, courteous, and very friendly. The B&B is spotless, tastefully furnished, and right in the charming historic center of Marina di Camerota, close to the beaches and all the amenities. We had an unforgettable holiday and will absolutely return. Great hospitality and quality, seeing is believing!

The best part was how thoughtfully the young couple who own Casa Valentone set up the rooms, which had recently been renovated. I stayed here with my boyfriend, and our room was spacious, clean, tastefully furnished by the very kind Maria Luce, and wonderfully comfortable. The bed was great, and the bathroom even had a hydromassage shower with a radio. Breakfast came every day with lots of different treats, including homemade mini lemon tarts. Earlier reviews had mentioned the air conditioning not being specified. It makes some noise when first switched on, but it caused us no trouble overnight. Everything was perfect, and we'll definitely be back. Marina di Camerota is gorgeous, and Casa Valentone is the icing on the cake.

I stayed here in April 2017, and it's a lovely little place for a weekend away. B&B Casa Valentone has been carefully renovated, and the cleanliness is on a par with a prestigious hotel. The owners and managers have added thoughtful touches that help make up for the lack of a sea view. Still, the port and the best equipped beaches are only a few hundred meters away, so you're there in no time.

We spent three nights here at the beginning of August, and Mr. Carmelo took care of every little need. He's a truly lovely person and available in every way. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the central square is just 30 meters away. Because of coronavirus, breakfast couldn't be served in the kitchen in the morning, so they delivered it to our room in a basket of sweet and savory snacks each day. We could still make coffee, ginseng, and cappuccino with the machine. Based on our experience, I can only recommend it. Just remember it's a B&B, not a hotel, so the entrance area isn't large. You'll definitely find plenty of kindness and courtesy.
