The theft of our real gold jewellery during our June 2025 stay was handled terribly. We reported it right away, then waited more than two hours for the hotel director. He said he would deal with the insurance himself and refused to give us any contact details. Once we were home, we followed up several times and got just one vague message that it was being checked, followed by silence. Our calls went unanswered, and it seems our number was blocked. The lack of responsibility and communication ruined the experience. Completely unacceptable for a hotel. We won't stay here again and can't recommend it.

Breakfast was the pleasant surprise: plenty to eat, great coffee, and very friendly staff. The beach is close too, and the room and bathroom were clean. But the bed was uncomfortable, there was no hot water on the second night, and the elevator was horrendous. In my opinion, everything else was below average. This place is nowhere near four stars, though breakfast and the location made it tolerable.

The buffet breakfast was exceptional, and the bilingual staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are on the small side, but spotless, with modern, comfortable mattresses.

The rooms could have been cleaner: there was a leftover water bottle in the fridge and no soap in the dispenser. We were there for a wedding weekend, and not having an iron made my girlfriend quite unhappy. The hotel service wasn't very helpful about it.
