Mr. Luciano and his staff made meals a pleasure, with thoughtful service and good-quality products. We also appreciated Mr. Cosimo's warm welcome. Pupo and Mimmo led a team of 15 entertainers who were around when needed without being overbearing. We stayed August 12th to 23rd and had a lovely time. The pool closes from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM, which took a little getting used to, but we used the break to rest. A perfect place for us, and we'd happily recommend it. Thanks to everyone.

The beach is about 300 meters away, with a shuttle at set times for anyone who needs it. Wheelchairs and strollers can get there, and there are rinse-off showers, though the shore is pebbly, so bring beach shoes. You can also book boat trips. Back at the resort, there's a little playground by the pool, plus a theater for the evening baby dances and shows. The entertainment team keeps adults busy, and the kids' club takes children from age 3. Food was very good, with lots of vegetables and fish available. Cleanliness was excellent, and staff always tried to accommodate our requests. Book beauty center treatments early if you want one. Remember a swimming cap, it's required, and bring a hair dryer if your hair is long, since the room one doesn't last long. Especially good for families, and highly recommended.

Pupo, Mimmo, and the rest of the entertainment staff were the best part of our August 23rd to August 30th stay. The rooms were clean and the property looked beautiful. I was on a residence basis, so I can't say what the food is like, though there were a few things I didn't like. The pool area is nice, but feels short on space, and the beach showers are run-down and don't match the place. Apart from that, all was fine. I recommend it.
