The balcony view is lovely, and the apartment is clean, with a TV in every room and good Wi-Fi. Check-in was quick and easy, and our host was very friendly. We’ve got maps and tips for lots of local walking trails, and are looking forward to relaxing here.

We found this place by chance and really liked the spacious, clean rooms and the owner’s kindness. Breakfast was excellent, with sweet and savory options made from genuine homemade products. There’s a small but well-equipped garden with an infrared sauna and hot tub. It’s in a great spot, 5 km from Merano and only a few minutes from bus and train stops. RECOMMENDED

The rooms and apartments were spotless and very well cared for, and the garden hot tub was a refreshing treat. We had a wonderful stay with Astrid. She gave us great tips for places to eat and trails with lovely views, plus inviting restaurants and terraces. On the spur of the moment, she invited some guests and friends to a cozy evening in the garden, with food and drinks. You don’t get that every day. The hospitality made us want to return for this holiday, maybe every year. Thank you, Astrid! 👋👍🤗😎 Paula and I, "Andy," had such a good time.

Astrid made us feel so welcome. The guesthouse was spotless, the view from our balcony was beautiful, and the location was superb. It’s a cozy, lovely bed and breakfast, with service and friendliness clearly a priority throughout. We felt right at home and will definitely be back.
