Far from the noise and crowds, this lovely place is tucked away in nature. The family who runs it offers guests free pizza every Friday evening, and the service is great. A place worth staying at, absolutely recommended!

We were a group of 13 and left a little piece of our hearts there. The quiet and the magic of Sagna Rottonda won us over. The owners are very kind and helpful, so trust their advice. It was a wonderful holiday surrounded by nature and the peace of the place.

We arrived to find a welcome gift, and later enjoyed pizza baked in Sagna Rotonda's own oven. Those are just a couple of the touches we'll remember from an unforgettable holiday, and we gave everyone and everything top marks. I definitely plan to return! Sagna Rotonda feels like a heavenly, peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views. It holds onto the beauty of the past while offering a modern setting built from stone and wood, thoughtfully made with respect for nature. The owners are friendly and helpful.

A little planning helps, since the drive there is rather long. I'd recommend doing your shopping before you arrive. Once you're there, the apartment has the essentials covered: bed, bath and kitchen linens, hand soap, shower gel, dish soap, and cleaners for the bathroom and floors. There are two washing machines as well. You can order a fruit and vegetable box from a local farm, delivered on Monday afternoons, and fresh bread every two days. It's a one-kilo sourdough loaf. There's also a vegetable garden where you can pick what's growing, especially zucchini during our stay. We found that really useful and appreciated it. It's a beautiful village for proper rest, with so much quiet and calm. The only sounds are the fountains and bells on the grazing cows.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and the place was very child-friendly. We loved the vegetable box, fresh bread, eggs and pizza straight from the oven, all delicious. It's a little paradise, perfect for a peaceful break in beautiful nature. The buildings are lovely old stone houses, carefully renovated. We hope the place stays just as it is. Thank you so much for everything!
