Hotel Miramare

The beach is lovely and well kept, about a 10-minute walk away. At the hotel, the service is excellent, with staff always ready to help and consistently kind and efficient. The food is good, with both fish and meat options each day, and breakfast is good too. The entertainer with glasses was superb, a real gladiator. Sorry, I can't remember your name. For a peaceful, relaxing holiday, just go there.

We had a good experience with the service and staff on our family vacation, but the rooms were extremely old and run-down. The bathroom was awful, with a cabinet with broken glass, a damaged floor, and a tiny, broken shower covered in limescale. Meals had only two options, and the buffet was sparse, just salad and vegetables. Breakfast was very limited too. There wasn't a coffee or milk machine in the dining room, only near the entrance. In my opinion, this should be a 2-star hotel rather than a 3-star.

Everything else was fine, but our three-day stay wasn't very pleasant. We left a day early because of a drain problem in room 318. There was a terrible sewer smell, which we reported to reception, but they didn't respond at all. We saw that earlier reviews had mentioned the same issue.

Our 10-person group shared two rooms at the Miramare Hotel in Marotta from August 9th to 18th. We just left, and I wanted to thank everyone who helped make the holiday so festive and carefree, which matters so much on vacation. A special thanks to the entertainment team, especially Irene, who kept both the little ones and the adults entertained. Thanks as well to the whole staff, starting with the manager, Rino, Valeria, and the waiters, especially Nicolò and Marcello. Thank you all.
