The new pergola and outdoor table, along with the kitchen, made it easy for everyone to eat together. For kiters, the location is a big plus, and the value for money is excellent. Ivana was consistently courteous and helpful. I'd stayed here last summer in a ground-floor studio and enjoyed it, but with no rooms free last week, I gave the double room with shared bathroom a try. I was a bit skeptical, but had a great stay.

The best part for us was being just a two-minute walk from Stagnone lake for kitesurfing. Mrs. Ivana was lovely, kind, and helpful. There were six of us, three couples, and we like to shop for our own groceries and treat a place like our own home. This house suited us well, with roomy bedrooms, shared outdoor areas, two bathrooms, and an outdoor patio with a barbecue, which is a must for us Sicilians.

The studio was a disaster. It felt old and worn throughout and really needs renovation. During our one week there, the power went out, there was a water leak, and the bathroom smelled. The sofa seemed a hundred years old and was completely unusable. They need to put money into fixing the place. The location was perfect, though, and the staff were very polite and friendly.

The location works great for kitesurfers, but the apartment for eight was horrible. There's just one bathroom and no kitchen, so even making breakfast is impossible. The place is very dark, and the little living room only has an old sofa and a fridge. You can't air it out. The bedrooms are okay.
