The building has been renovated and feels completely new, including the modern-style rooms. The staff were very helpful when assigning rooms. There were a few minor things, which are understandable since the B&B had only been open for a month. For instance, there wasn't a note saying where to go for breakfast in the morning, though it wasn't a real problem. For value, it's one of the best places in Marsala and the surrounding area.

Right in the center and just a few steps from the pier for the Egadi Islands, this place was ideal. Our room was spacious, bright, and nicely furnished, with a balcony looking out to sea. Excellent value for money.

The owner was kind and helpful, and the B&B was fresh, clean, and tidy, with everything we needed. It's on one of Marsala's main streets, where you can park along the road. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was quite basic, just coffee and a croissant, at a café about five minutes away. The room itself was adequate, but we had to call for the host to come over, and waited a few minutes.
