We’d only planned one night, but after a few hours there we changed our plans and stayed for two. The staff looked after us warmly and efficiently. When we return to Marsala, Hotel Baitan will be our first choice.

We spent four days here as a family. The breakfast was plentiful and nice, though service started slipping on the final day. They were short on staff, and we waited a long time for coffee and even a boiled egg. Also, things presented as complimentary gestures ended up charged to the room. At checkout, we were billed for more water and coffee than we had used.

The building seems quite new, and the inner courtyard should look lovely in summer. We only stayed one night, but found the service good. Everyone was friendly and seemed keen to make guests happy.

A new hotel that suits business travelers, and anyone wanting to stay overnight after a beautiful sunset and a good meal.

Sofi translated personally between English and Italian for me, and she made each day better. The staff were lovely throughout, the room was clean and nice, and the food was amazing. Everything was perfect, and I know I’ll come back sometime. :)
