The outdoor area was really nice, with plenty of bocce games, and the dining hall with its fireplace and sitting area was fantastic. We spent the Easter holiday at Casale Dome with 12 people. The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable, and it was a great place for our group. The swimming pool was still closed in April. I highly recommend it!

Zattar is worth knowing about. We stayed at their fantastic bed and breakfast next door and went to Zattar for lunch. Of the ten restaurants I tried in Sicilia, it was clearly the best, well worth the drive from Palermo. The staff were amazingly welcoming, and the restaurant has a quite modern feel.

We had dinner as a family on August 4, 2018, with ten of us, and the owners were so kind and attentive that they really helped make the evening. The place is lovely and well cared for. We especially enjoyed the excellent panelle and the other tasty appetizers, and the first courses were very good too. The fried fish was light, not oily, and the pizza is delicious, even as takeaway. Glad they’ve reopened. Recommended!

We were sorry to leave and are already saying we’ll come back. The farmhouse was a beautiful, romantic spot to unwind, and our room was spacious, welcoming, and among the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was divine. The owners and their daughter were so kind and looked after everything we needed. Since it was August 10, we even went for a swim in the pool at night. We booked for San Lorenzo and came away genuinely delighted.

The food was excellent, and the prices felt just right. We went for dinner with friends on Saturday and found it peaceful and quiet, a really pleasant place. The chef was incredibly friendly. I’ll be back as soon as I can.
