The hotel itself is pleasant and well maintained, with a kitchen and two balconies. For kitesurfing, though, the location is inconvenient: the kite spots are about 2.5 km away, so you need transport and would have to rent a car or scooter, around 700 euros for seven days. The bikes are poor quality, and there are no buses for getting to other beaches. The biggest problem is the filthy area around it, just piles of garbage. I was here three years ago, and that part still hasn’t changed! 😜

From the veranda I could see the Stagnone Sea, and the apartment was spacious, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. It’s a good fit if you’re staying for kitesurfing or want to enjoy the local beach resorts. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

The owners gave us a really warm welcome. The house is beautiful, very well equipped, and kept in excellent condition. The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the sea.
