Fabio kindly suggested things to do and was flexible and helpful about checkout. Parking under the building was easy. We stayed for one night. The bed and shower were uncomfortable, though.

We paid quite a bit and came away disappointed, even though the manager was very kind and helpful. The air conditioning wasn’t working, I had to buy some products at the nearby store, and there were unpleasant smells throughout both days. The apartment itself was large, with two bedrooms, a roomy bathroom with a bathtub, and two balconies overlooking the sea. The residence is also conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from the center.

The apartment was cold when we arrived in the evening. The owner admitted the heating hadn’t been turned on in time, but also said it couldn’t go above 21 degrees Celsius. It was around 15 degrees, if anything. Spending the night in a freezing apartment wasn’t pleasant. Owners who care about their guests would usually offer at least a small discount for that kind of problem. We got nothing. We paid the low-season rate, €60 a night, and there weren’t enough towels or even a complimentary shower gel. The owner was unhelpful, and the cleaning was poor. The apartment felt neglected overall.
