The mother and son who run this place made our stay very comfortable. There’s a cozy spot to read, space to dry kitesurfing gear, an outdoor shower and parking. Breakfast was always a special mix of tasty local dishes, too. Really, it has it all, an amazing place where I can’t think of anything bad to say.

We were here for two weeks on a kitesurfing trip, and being just a five minute walk from the kite launch areas was great. The garden is lovely, with a hose to rinse gear and lawn space to dry it. We could also use the fridge and kitchen, which came in handy for a longer stay. Our superior room had a sea view, a great balcony overlooking the bah, and plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, too. Francesco’s Family, including his brother Nino and his mother, made us feel so warmly welcomed. Breakfast was great, with fruit, pastries and eggs, and really good coffee. We loved our stay at Villa del Vento and highly recommend it! 😍

The breakfast was the highlight for us. Donna Giovanna made it fresh every morning with local ingredients from their garden and different house specialties. Simply delicious! Francesco and his mum Giovanna made our stay lovely. The terrace was a great place for breakfast, and the rooms, though not very big, had enough space.

Francesco gave us a very warm welcome, and the kite beach is only a five minute walk away. I stayed there with my wife for three nights in August 2021. Everything was perfect, from the superb breakfasts made by mamma Giovanna and her son Francesco to the new, clean and very comfortable facilities. There’s a shared kitchen with a fridge.

Francesco’s hospitality was flawless. Five stars doesn’t seem like enough for the service here. The room was fresh, very clean and comfortable, breakfast was homemade with great coffee, and the location worked really well for the kite spots. I’ll definitely come back to Marsala and stay at Villa del Vento.
