The rooms were spotless at night, and everything felt well cared for. Daniele and his mother are lovely, kind people who really know how to look after guests. There are several parking spaces, a beautiful pool that I didn't get to use, and a shared breakfast room where guests can chat. Breakfast isn't as varied as at a big hotel, but the cakes, pies, and honey are homemade, which I really liked. The property has rooms and two apartments, and it felt like a place where you can feel at home.

We'd just spent a few days here and found the rooms spotless and the breakfast excellent. It's a quiet spot, handy for visiting lots of religious and tourist places. The owners are incredibly kind and always available. Would I recommend it? YES. Thanks again, Daniele.

Daniele and his parents were such lovely company and so helpful, they made even our short vacation unforgettable. The place is beautiful, surrounded by the green Umbrian valleys, and just right if you're after peace and quiet. And the homemade breakfast cakes deserve a 10 out of 10. We'll definitely come back. I returned after several years, and the place is still beautiful and welcoming. Nando and Tosella have stepped back a little so their sons Francesco, Daniele, and the other two can take over. They're all wonderful young men, hardworking and dedicated, and this is an exceptional family who do everything they can to make guests feel comfortable and at peace.
