The guide did a fantastic job explaining the farm, its cheesemaking, and the culture of the masseria in the itria valley. We watched them make several kinds of cheese and saw the cows and cattle. At the end, we got to try a generous selection of cheeses, local bread, and cured meat. There’s also a local shop selling cheese, meet, and various vegetables. A very cool experience.

We had a great lunch stop during our bicycle trip. The local food was fantastic, the service very friendly, and the wine made there was lovely. We highly recommend eating here. Thanks!

For our 10 days exploring Puglia, this was the best experience. Staying in our own trullo, with its nice atrium, felt really special. The restaurant food, breakfast included, was very good and mostly from the farm. There’s a small shop at the masseria where you can buy meat, cheese, and wine to enjoy in truletto. Such a nice stay.

We used Masseria Madonna dell Arco as a base for four days of trips around this part of Puglia. Many lovely towns are conveniently close, with some only a few kilometers away, and you can reach either coast too. Each day we explored somewhere new, then came back for dinner, which was fantastic. The food is fresh, farm to table, and very good, and their wine is excellent. The whole team was great, from breakfast through dinner. The owners and everyone else were wonderful. I can’t say enough about Francesco & Victoria.

A lovely place to stay, with farm animals to see and a good pool. The room had air conditioning, and breakfast was fresh, with ingredients from the farm. The WiFi wasn’t great, but who needs it when you’re here?!
