Dimora Matarrese B&B Trulli

A lovely trullo, with professional and courteous people looking after things. Alberobello is just 3 km away, so the location is good too.

The owners were so welcoming and helpful, always ready with good advice and attentive to our needs. During the week, they changed the sheets and towels several times and cleaned the trullo as well. Thank you to them! The outdoor area is beautiful, with a lovely pool, and the location makes it easy to visit the area around Alberobello. This was our first stay in a well-equipped trullo, and it stayed very cool, which we appreciated in the heat. Luckily, there was air conditioning.

Breakfast was brought to our trullo, along with everything we needed and a plate of delicious homemade desserts. It was a cozy little place, with a beautiful warm room thanks to the wood-burning stove, plus its own kitchen and bathroom. The setting in nature was fantastic, and the pool was a real highlight. The owner was genuinely kind. It’s fully independent, so you can come and go as you please. Wi-Fi could be better, but I’d highly recommend it. Visiting the property is a pleasure.

The pool tucked among the olive, cherry, and plum trees was the little gem of our stay. My partner and I spent two nights relaxing, away from the noise of the center. Sleeping in a trullo was a unique experience, and it was furnished to a very high standard. Antonio Matarrese and his wife were perfect hosts, so kind and fantastic. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart.
