The apartment was clean and nicely finished, and the location made it easy to get around town. We had booked the duplex for five people specifically because it had two bathrooms, but one was closed due to a broken shower, and the host hadn't told us. The shower in the other bathroom was broken too. The terrace curtain was already taped up and lying on the floor. We only spoke with the host by phone, paid cash, and got no discount after reporting the problems, apparently because Booking.com takes a percentage. The entrance stairs are extremely steep, almost like you'd need climbing gear. I would have given it full stars if the host had been more upfront. It's reasonably priced, and even a bottle of water in the fridge or outside would be a nice touch.

Right in the center of Martina Franca, the apartment is compact but very clean, fully equipped, and thoughtfully put together, with air conditioning and dishes. We only stayed one night. The owner was ready to give us directions as soon as we needed them, and the management was helpful, kind, and friendly.

We only had one night here, which was a shame, since the service was impeccable and the apartment had every comfort. It was spotless and lovely, right in the historic center of Martina Franca. Host Isabella was so friendly and helpful, and I honestly couldn't find anything wrong. We'd gladly come back, and I highly recommend it.

The place is spacious and beautiful, in the historic center. One downside is that the mezzanine bedroom is completely open to the room below, with no wall between them. The bathrooms are joined by a small window, since one has no window of its own. I also didn't like that Wi-Fi cost extra, even though it was listed on Booking.com. In 2019, I found that unacceptable.
