The room we chose had a large area divided between a living room and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped, and being able to use a washing machine was a big deal with a baby. The breakfast basket made mornings easy, and our host was very sweet and helped with all our questions. The room also had an information book with restaurant recommendations, and there’s a CONAD supermarket five minutes away by car. Gli Ulivi is a great restaurant, also five minutes away. The place is beautiful, very clean, quiet and relaxing. It was our first time abroad as a small family with our 1.3-year-old baby. We chose this place for star trips around Puglia, and it worked so well for shorter or longer day trips to Bari, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Arbelobello and Ostuni. It was the best choice for us!

Comasia waited for us until 11 p.m. and greeted us with a lovely smile. The host is extremely friendly. It was our first time in Puglia, and the accommodation went beyond what we expected. Il trullo feels like something from a fairytale, and we had privacy and tasty breakfast every morning. We’ll definitely come back for more. The pool looks like an ideal place to relax.

Breakfast was superb, with lots of choice and a clever ordering system that lets you pick what you want without wasting food. The trullo was clean and well equipped, though getting the temperature right took some experimenting because the roof is much higher than in most rooms. We got the hang of it after a couple of hours. A beautiful stay in a trullo in Alberobello’s lovely, quiet countryside. Highly recommended if you want an authentic trullo close to Alberobello.

The whole place is so peaceful and relaxing, but just a 10-minute drive from Alberobello and Locorotondo, both lovely towns to visit. The pool is a great size and very quiet. Each Trulli has its own allocated loungers and umbrellas with plenty of space around them. The Trulli and outdoor area were spotless, as was the pool area. We stayed in Il Sovrano Trulli for a week with our two children, who loved the pool and the swings. The service and breakfasts were fabulous. Comasia and Tommaso were helpful with everything, from the booking process to our stay, and gave us dinner suggestions and made reservations for us. I honestly can’t fault the place. I Trulli Del Nonno Michele is fabulous for a few days or longer. We’d recommend it and will definitely visit again.

My wife found this place through the reviews, and we were lucky to get three Trullis for our family. What a great find: a relaxing property with a huge, beautiful pool and gardens stretching as far as you can see. There’s also a children’s play area, and it’s gated and very secure. The villas in the area are all gated, that’s just the style. There are parking spots and laundry on the property, and it’s close to everything. The owner was welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was delivered to our door in a picnic basket. How cool is that? This is probably the best review I’ve ever posted.
