A beautiful pool and a great area to relax made for a stress-free stay. The place was easy to get to and in a strategic location, close to everything and only a few kilometres from all sorts of places, while still being quiet and away from the bustle. Everything was excellent, especially the cleanliness and welcome. The owners were very friendly, and I found the location quiet and very helpful. A perfect spot for a peaceful, wonderful holiday. Thanks to the owners for their excellent hospitality.

We had a very pleasant few days here with my family. The place was welcoming, clean, simple and very well maintained, and the hostess was kind and helpful. It’s well located: we could enjoy the quiet countryside and still be only a few minutes from the city centre. We’ll definitely come back.

I booked what was described as “exclusive” use of the property through a well-known online platform, but on arrival I found many of the photos misleading. The grounds aren’t level, and getting in means going down a very steep slope. Anyone with mobility issues will struggle with the narrow accommodations and all the steps. The bathrooms don’t have fixtures for disabled or elderly guests. Wi-Fi was terrible, particularly in the annex turned into a guesthouse. There’s no air conditioning in the rooms or bathroom, and without proper forced ventilation, toilet smells spread to all the guests. The main problem was that I’d paid for exclusive use, but the outdoor areas were shared with other people and this hadn’t been made clear beforehand. It caused problems. While I was showering, children from other families were around my accommodation. The owners were almost always nearby and watching. They did renovation work and came into the accommodations to take things without considering privacy. And after seeing an invasive dog that wouldn’t let us dine outside, we found a gas cylinder storage area under our accommodation and realized we’d been sleeping on a powder keg. As a local guide who often visits places like this, I was extremely disappointed. I’m not writing to belittle the property, but to point out weaknesses that need to be reconsidered in terms of services, space, privacy and, as a result, pricing.

We only stayed one night, but the trullo was lovely and spacious, with a pool outside. The owners made us feel very welcome and were kind and helpful. We had everything we needed, and the lady's homemade cakes at breakfast were a real treat.
