"la mama" greeted us so warmly. Our trulli room was peaceful and clean, and the following day we met Hugo, who owns gallo rosso. He was so friendly and kind. He made us a traditional dinner, and we started with a bottle of delicious prosecco. Thanks, Hugo and mama.

We spent four nights at Gallo Rosso, which made a handy base for seeing the area. It's in the countryside, only minutes from Alberobello, and has a rare sense of quiet and beauty. The rooms are lovely and clean, and breakfast was excellent. Hugo was especially helpful, with a level of professionalism and experience you don't come across often. I'd gladly recommend Gallo Rosso and hope to be back soon. Luigi.

The trullo is stunning, and the property is beautifully cared for in the peaceful Apulian countryside. Locorotondo and Alberobello are both about 15 minutes away. Ugo welcomed us warmly and helped us feel at home straight away. He also shared maps of nearby towns and suggested places to eat.

We thought we'd taken a wrong turn when we arrived, but it turned out to be a lovely quiet spot surrounded by greenery. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The owners were kind and helpful, and Ugo's knowledge and advice were especially valuable. We're sure to come back. Highly recommend.
