Sympathy

Really good.

The location suited us well, and I'd happily stay here again. My daughter and I spent three nights and were very pleased with both the service and the hospitality. The food was very good, and everyone working there was helpful and made us feel welcome. Breakfast on the fifth floor was spectacular. I actually said “wow” when I first walked into the room.

We spent three lovely days here with our girls. From the welcome to the food, room, and hotel, everything felt just right, and the staff made us feel at home. They gave children special attention, with a different menu each day and food that was always fresh. When we had a couple of problems with the fridge and shutter, they fixed them straight away. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

We had a week of themed dinners with local food from Abruzzo and the Marche, and panoramic breakfasts on the rooftop. Our room's big terrace overlooking the sea was a real treat. The beach and sea just across from the hotel worked well for small children, and the exclusive beach club had all the comforts we needed. This is a family hotel where you feel looked after from the start, with a warm welcome from "Grandma Caterina" and her coffee. The dining room team were all very kind and friendly. Emalia and Alessandra always greeted us with a smile, Pier Francesco gave us tips on excellent local wines and liqueurs, and the floor maids were very kind too. Eddy led a warm, fun entertainment team. Five stars from us. August 2025, Antonio, Adele, and little Jacopo!!!
