B&b Benefici

We had a lovely eight-night stay in early July, and the big courtyard was a nice surprise. It has pergolas, sofas, and tables, so it’s a great place to unwind in the evening. The B&B itself is brand new, with spacious, well-equipped rooms and lots of care put into the details. Ours had a pretty vaulted ceiling. Ada was incredibly kind and helpful, and every morning she brought out an excellent, plentiful breakfast with both sweet and savory choices. Coffee, tea, and herbal teas are available for guests throughout the day. The property is on a busy road, though parking is available. It’s a few hundred meters from Maruggio’s historic center, with restaurants, an ice cream shop, a bakery, and more. The Campomarino Dunes and other beaches are less than 10 minutes away. Ada and Salvatore made us feel so welcome during our four days at B&B Benefici. They were kind and helpful throughout, and the daily cleaning was impeccable. Breakfast each morning was generous and authentic, with fresh croissants and pastries, Apulian focaccia, fruit, juices, and savory options. There’s a shared kitchen where coffee, tea, and herbal teas are available all day. The B&B is well placed for getting around, with parking and an easy walk to Maruggio’s historic center, where you’ll find restaurants, ice cream shops, and small stores. The beaches, including the Campomarino Dunes, are a few kilometers away. The building is new and very well kept, with bright, spacious rooms that have air conditioning, TV, a refrigerator, comfortable mattresses, and modern bathrooms. There’s also a roomy shared terrace with tables, comfortable armchairs, umbrellas, and large drying racks, a real bonus for relaxing. A peaceful atmosphere and lots of thoughtful touches made this feel like home. Highly recommended, and I’d happily return.

Ada’s warm welcome and courtesy really make this family-run B&B special. It’s a gem. The modern building sits in the heart of Maruggio, with comfortable, spacious rooms that are always spotless. There are tables inside and a terrace outside, and breakfast is plentiful and complete. Thanks!

We had such a good stay, and I can’t recommend this B&B enough. Ada and her husband are wonderful hosts, so attentive, helpful, and welcoming. The elegant rooms are lovely and clean, and come with different bath towels, shower kits, a minibar, TV, and air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes, and each day they offered us local specialties. Ten stars! ♥️ A kiss from Sicily😘
