The house is comfortable and right by the sea, with air conditioning, two bedrooms, and a large kitchen-living room. Everything else was fine, but I strongly recommend agreeing on all costs with the owners in advance. They ask for extra charges for a €100 deposit, €25 cleaning, and electricity use. Hot water comes from an electric water heater, so it’s hard to account for that separately from the air conditioning consumption. There’s no parking by the home, so the car has to go in a paid lot.
