The property is very well looked after, and the people managing it were kind, courteous, and helpful. We’re staying here now, and the rooms feel welcoming, are in great shape, and have new furniture. The historic center is small but lovely, with its colors, seaside setting, and sights; you can see it all in about an hour if you stop for photos. The property is right at the entrance to the center, a little over 300 meters from Piazza Margherita and Porto Piccolo, where the nightlife is. The ZTL means you have to use nearby parking, and the automated "Marzamemi Centro" lot is only about 50 meters away. I definitely recommend staying here. Giuseppe Ciraolo - 03.09.2025

The owners were so kind, and we’ll definitely come back. The room had a balcony and its own bathroom, plus air conditioning, a fridge, and a coffee machine guests could use. They also provided disposable toiletries and a hairdryer. It’s right in the center, just 50 meters from the parking lot.

The owners were really kind and helpful. Our room is on the second floor, and the room, bathroom, and terrace have all been recently redone. There’s also a fridge and air conditioning. It’s about a two-minute walk to Marzamemi’s main square, while the two main parking lots are a 30-minute walk away. Highly recommended!

The restaurant terrace has a priceless view, and the food is good for the price. At the bar, the vegetable pies and sandwiches are good quality too. The outdoor tables and chairs are dirty and old, though. There’s no table service, and they really need to clean the area and replace the furniture.
