My friend and I spent 11 days in “Il fienile,” the small house, and had a great time. It’s charming, thoughtfully furnished, very clean, and has a lovely view. Tessa was easy to communicate with on WhatsApp, and the hosts were kind and helpful. The house sits somewhere quiet, surrounded by greenery, but it’s still well placed for trips to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, or the mountains, all under an hour away by car. Montecatini Terme is about a five-minute drive. We’d happily recommend it and hope to return someday!

We only stayed one day, but enjoyed it so much that we plan to come back. The owner, Mrs. Tiziana, was wonderfully hospitable and passionate about cooking and baking. The apartments had plenty of space, each with its own kitchen and terrace, plus there was parking and a garden. We stayed in the amazing “fienile,” furnished with such care and taste. This lovely old rustic house sits among olive trees on a hill with a great view. You can walk through the Tuscan countryside to medieval Massa e Cozzile and take in a wonderful panorama.

It’s a lovely place, though it’s about a 20 minute walk to anywhere. There’s a local restaurant close by. The host was really helpful, cooked tasty food, and even offered us rides to town and the train station. I’d recommend staying here.
