De Maria House Bed & Breakfast

The staff were really nice and even helped us figure out what to do in the area. The breakfast was great, and the restaurant had a nice view. So far, this has been the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Italy, especially for the fair price.

We’re from Sri Lanka, and this lovely place felt like home during our two day stay. The staff were so friendly, and the food was delicious. We met a lovely grandma who did most of the cooking. Whenever we had a meal, she’d come over to check that we were happy with it and liked how it tasted. The place was very clean, too. They also helped us with the bus schedule and shared useful tips for getting to the cities we planned to visit. If you want a home like place in Sorrento where people pay attention to your requests, this is the one. We loved it and hope to see them again soon.

The hosts were lovely, friendly, and happy to help English speakers. The view stretches for kilometres over rolling hills and orchards, just gorgeous. Rooms were beautiful and clean, with crisp sheets, towels, soap, great air conditioning, and blackout curtains in what I think were all the rooms. Breakfast was much better than a typical continental one, with eggs and cooked vegetables along with the usual wheat products. I regret not having dinner at the restaurant. Seeing the lights across the hills from there must have been wonderful, and I even wanted to stay another night just to try it. I’ll have to come back. Such a wonderful experience, thank you ❤️

The room was large and very clean, and breakfast was tasty with plenty to choose from. The family who run this B&B are amazing, always friendly and helpful, ready to answer questions or arrange tours. We took a boat trip along the Amalfi coast, which was wonderful. We had to leave very early for it, before the regular breakfast hours, but the family still made us a takeaway breakfast. Such a sweet, thoughtful thing to do. Thanks for everything, we’ll definitely come back!
