A family-run place with a cozy, informal feel, and such friendly staff. I loved the atmosphere in this old monastery, which felt more authentic than the other hotels I’ve stayed in. The location right by the beach is wonderful, and breakfast comes with a sea view. Rooms are clean and good, the bed is great. I had a great stay and would come back.

We ate every meal at the hotel restaurant because the food was so good. The indoor setting has a fireplace, while outside you can dine with a sea view, and both atmospheres are lovely. Our room was clean and warm enough during our visit between Christmas and New Year, and the hotel is just a few meters from the sea, with an amazing view. The staff were so friendly and helpful that we felt at home. Breakfast was top level, with fresh food and a sea view. This was the highlight of our trip.

It’s a secluded spot, which we liked, and ferries to Capri, Positano, and Amalfi leave right from your dock. Beach chairs are set out for guests, and the dishes were always good. Breakfast was a typical Italian one. The people running the hotel were helpful and fun, and made our stay memorable. The room was a nice size and the balcony was awesome. The shower is small compared with showers in the US. All in all, I had a lovely experience.

We had an amazing week here and were treated like family by the friendly, hospitable staff. It’s a relaxing place, whether you want to explore the Almafi coast by boat, walk one of the many hiking trails, or just sit back and watch the world go by. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a restful break.
