La Dimora delle tre Sirene

WOW, that's the one word for it. The drive up the hill may be tricky for a novice driver, but the views make the trip worth it.

The apartment is spacious and nicely laid out, with a kitchen equipped for 4 or 6 people and heating or air conditioning in every room. The photos give a slightly misleading impression of the balcony. The terrace isn't really big enough for more than two people to eat on. The rooftop is just a place to enjoy the view, without a safety barrier, and it's not somewhere to sit and have drinks.

The house is wonderful and equipped down to the last detail, with a kitchen, laundry, spacious bathroom, and spotless bedrooms. Alana made everything easy. She explained things so clearly that we felt comfortable exploring the neighborhood and Sorrento center. She's one of a kind. It felt magical, like arriving in heaven. Each hour of the day had its own special feeling. It's a fantastic place to disconnect and spend quality time, alone or with the whole family.

The sea view from the house is incredible, looking across the whole Bay of Naples to Capri. The house and garden felt private, and indoors everything was clean and tidy, with the necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. We stayed 14 days, and after the first week the apartment was cleaned and all towels and bed linen were changed. Massa Lubrence is beautiful, and the house is well placed just outside the city, with peaceful nature walks nearby and shops not far away. Sant Agata is close for restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, and Sorrento is 25 minutes away by car. It's also a good base for the Amalfi Coast, Naples, Pompeii, Vesuvio, and Herculaneum. Before we arrived, we got SMS/text directions with pictures and arrows so we couldn't take a wrong turn. Giuseppe and Alana welcomed us warmly and were very helpful. Alana sent a long list of nearby and Sorrento restaurants, attractions, and other recommendations with addresses and Google.maps links. When we wrote with a few questions during the holiday, they were answered kindly and helpfully. Fantastic place, location, view, and service. Highly recommended.
