The standout for us was the service. My wife and I were treated like family and special guests the whole time, and Claudio, Nino, Luigi, Marina, and the kitchen staff did so much to make things perfect. The room and hotel were wonderful too, and the food was great. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Ristorante Hotel La Primavera. The owner even made a special dish for my wife, and we watched a beautiful sunset over the Bay of Napoli. The food was incredible, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. A must-visit Ristorante when you’re in Sorrento.

We only ate at the restaurant, not the hotel, and our first visit went fine. The second time, our group of seven was told the shared appetizer platter would cost 7 Euros per person, but we were charged much more. That was really disappointing and an unacceptable business practice. Be careful!

Massa Lubrense has a quiet charm, up among the lemon orchards and far enough from busy Sorrento to feel peaceful. There’s also a small port where you can catch a boat to nearby Capri. We happened to visit during the adorable Lemon Festival. At Hotel Primavera, our room was cool, clean, and comfortable, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was exceptionally good. The airy terrace was a lovely spot to watch the sun set over the gulf of Naples. Thank you for such a marvelous stay and for looking after us so well 🥰

We stopped in just for a beer and a bowl of chips. The prices were about what you’d expect and the service was good. It’s a nice restaurant, and the menu seemed reasonably priced. Seeing what other diners were having tempted us to come back for dinner. The chips were great, but that’s all we tried, so I can’t give it five stars. The other meals looked like they could be 5/5*.
