We still enjoyed parts of our four-night stay at the end of our Italy honeymoon, but left disappointed by the service and lack of follow-through. The resort had the ingredients for luxury, but they didn't come together. Our room was fine, though the handheld shower had mold throughout our stay despite two requests to clean it. The food was decent but pricey: our first aperitivo with two cocktails and two appetizers cost about 90€. We got welcome champagne, a beautiful open sea view, access to the ocean, a fun pool, and a fresh breakfast with specialty coffees and champagne. The shuttle to and from Sorrento was handy and reliable, though it only ran at certain times. Organization and communication caused several problems. The taxi we asked them to arrange for an early excursion wasn't booked in time, and we nearly missed our boat tour. A staff member kindly drove us in their own car. Our pre-booked yoga instructor hadn't been told about the class, which was cancelled 30 minutes after it should have begun. Our massage therapists arrived more than an hour late; after we checked with the front desk, staff seemed to scramble to get them there. On our last day, beach club servers were less attentive than earlier in the week and seemed inconvenienced by requests. They appeared focused on guests ordering bottle service or expensive seafood, as if the club mattered more than the hotel. The website also didn't convey the overall party atmosphere. We had to leave at 2:30AM on our final night and couldn't sleep because the nightclub was still going strong. We hadn't known there'd be an event that evening, and apparently the club only operates on certain days. We'd have appreciated a room upgrade or even a small discount on the bill, but neither was offered. The resort could be lovely, but that experience left us feeling let down.

The room was very clean and neat, and the hotel is quiet, comfortable, and pleasant. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. It would be even better if breakfast, lunch, and dinner had a wider range of cuisines.

We were there for sightseeing rather than a stay at the resort, and found the property not very convenient to get around from. For someone who wants to stay put and enjoy the sea, though, it would be hard to beat. The Mediterranean-facing rooms, the location, and the rooms themselves were really good, and the whole place felt sublime with no hiccups during our three days. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of things to try and different assortments. Sarabjeet and Martina took great care of us and helped a lot. The director was also really nice to talk to. We'd recommend the property and would happily return for a relaxing break by the sea.

Stayed here at the start of April and loved it. The rooms and views were immaculate, and the restaurant was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The manager really made the experience special and made sure guests got top-tier service. I'll be back!

We came for three nights to celebrate our anniversary, and the beach club alone was lovely, with sea views from beside the pool and steps straight down into the water. James made sure we were comfortable in the sun and helped us make the most of our time. The resort also runs a shuttle between Sorrento and the hotel around the clock, plus an in-house taxi service for other places. The staff were cheerful, helpful, and focused on guests from the moment Valter welcomed us. Everyone handled our requests well. Restaurant manager Massimo arranged a fantastic dinner, and Chef Maurizio's cooking was incredible. We loved the Fiore di Zucca, Cacio e Pepe with cozze, and risotto with yellow tomatoes, pesto, and shrimp. We'd never had food that good. The waiters made us feel like we were on vacation. Breakfast is made to order, with avocado toast, eggs, French toast, and pancakes. You can also pick cakes, fruit, and more at the bar. I haven't experienced anything like this, and want to thank everyone for an amazing getaway.
