Private access to the water was a real highlight, and they had all the equipment we needed for the sea. We were a group of 10 Australians and had a fantastic time. The villa worked perfectly for us, and we’d happily book again. The manager was lovely, and the housekeeper was delightful, just like the most Italian Nonna you could imagine. She made our stay feel truly authentic. Highly recommend it.

Everything was spotless, and the host couldn't have done more to help us. Such an incredible experience in the most beautiful villa in Nerano. We'll definitely be back.

The view is there, but that’s about the only thing this place has going for it. We’ve traveled all over the world, and this was the worst villa stay we’ve had. Toilets didn’t work, showers flooded the bathroom, there was black mold on the ceilings and trash around the villa, and rats running about outside. The floors felt easy to access, the AC units weren’t working, and the villa didn’t feel secure. We wouldn’t bring our family here for a relaxing vacation.

The villa itself was lovely in many ways, but staying there became frightening because the elevator was the only way between the bedroom floor and the kitchen. One night we were trapped inside for about an hour, with no phone, buttons that did nothing, and doors that wouldn’t open. A technician came after the owner was contacted, but the issue wasn’t fixed. We were told it was dangerous for two people to use the lift together, which left us facing the possibility of getting stuck whenever we went between floors. We left after three days and asked for a refund for the unused nights, but that was refused. The villa manager didn’t apologize or offer compensation, and communication with them was unpleasant. I rented for a week through Airbnb, and it was my worst rental experience there. I strongly don’t recommend this host. The owner and manager treated customers terribly. If being stuck in an elevator sounds appealing, this villa is for you.

We spent a wonderfully peaceful stay here, with private access to the sea that felt like a real luxury. The villa sits in an enviable spot with breathtaking sea views, and the garden and outdoor areas had plenty of places to sit and take in the scenery. Inside, the rooms were bright, spacious, and all had lovely views. The tasteful furnishings and attention to detail made it comfortable, and the modern, fully equipped kitchen was great for making meals to enjoy on the panoramic terrace. The owner was so kind and helpful, making sure we had what we needed, serving us local specialties, and sharing suggestions for things to see and do in Nerano. It was an extraordinary place, and I’d happily recommend it for a luxurious, relaxing holiday. I can’t wait to come back with my whole family.
