Appartamenti Villa Pegaso

The owners have always been friendly, helpful, and courteous whenever I've stayed here. I've been back to Villa Pegaso three times in recent years, and each visit has been a pleasure. The apartments are clean and well cared for, and the price feels very good for what you get. It's a beautiful spot, looking out over the village of Massa, and the villa sits high in the park. The quiet and charm make the drive to the sea feel worthwhile. Follonica's coast is within a 20-minute drive, and the location also works well for exploring the Maremma and Tuscany more broadly. Compared with the Follonica properties, the price/quality ratio is significantly lower here. We'll definitely return.

We came in winter, over the Christmas period, with our two border collies, one five months old and the male two years old. The staff were kind and helpful, and there’s a park very close by where we could take the dogs. The apartment was lovely, with a very nice view. It’s also a handy base for trips around the area. We liked it a lot and will certainly come back. The view from here is breathtaking.

The town center is an easy walk, and the apartment is well kept with all the comforts. We were there for just three days, but really liked this beautiful place and its great view. Parking is a little tight; the nearby park has easier parking.

I was disappointed, to be honest. The place seems to have been neglected over the years. There are no lights along the main driveway, so at night you have to feel your way around, which is crazy. And in the last apartment, a tree blocks the otherwise beautiful view. Hopefully it gets better.
