The place was very clean and well set up, and I slept really well. The bed was good, and the shower had great hot water and pressure. The internet worked, though it could be better, and I heard they're planning to improve it. Rosaria, the head staff member, deserves a special thank you. She was kind, caring, and made us feel like family. There were 23 of us for 2 nights, and she did much more than we expected. It's a quiet, relaxing setting, with a lovely pool, olive and pomegranate trees, and lodges looking out toward the forest. The rooms have what you need to cook, including plates, pans, glasses, cutlery, and 1 or 2 fridges. Just remember to buy oil, salt, bread, coffee, or tea before you arrive. I highly recommend staying here. See you soon.

Massa Marittima was an easy drive away, and we found the surrounding area ideal for our mountain biking trips. We spent a lovely week in a cozy little place with a modern bathroom and a great terrace. The garden was beautifully kept, and the big pool made it easy to relax. The owners were very friendly, and there were laundry facilities too.

Rosaria welcomed us warmly and gave us great advice. The staff were friendly too. The apartments are comfortable, charming, and well maintained, and the whole place is surrounded by greenery with clean air and lovely temperatures. It was so quiet at all hours, and the other guests were great as well, with no noise or screaming kids. A good choice if you want to get away from the city's frantic pace and properly relax.

Rosaria took excellent care of us when we ran into car trouble toward the end of our vacation. Thanks again to her. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The apartment was simply and comfortably furnished with everything we needed, and both rooms had air conditioning. The pool and park-like garden were fantastic. Massa Marittima is lovely and close by, and the location is almost ideal for reaching Grosseto, Siena, and Florence.

Ms. Rosaria was so kind and available whenever we needed her. The place is beautiful and peaceful, with every comfort both in the apartment and outside. We had a spectacular weekend and will definitely be back!
