The staff were professional, kind and attentive throughout. After we left, they sent me a polite message to say I’d forgotten my glasses in the room. That care made us feel like valued guests. Thanks to the reception team for making our stay special. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Italia. It’s right across from the beach and close to restaurants and the evening promenade. Our clean, comfortable room had high ceilings and excellent air conditioning, a welcome relief after hot days. The sea view from our window was stunning. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and staff helped arrange for us to have it on the terrace or upper-level veranda with a sea view. The private parking in the garden was very convenient.

Hotel Italia is family-owned and has a remarkable history. The owner and staff were welcoming, kind, attentive and very accommodating, and the room was impeccably clean. Breakfast was good and suited my particular diet. I got exactly what I needed for my stay at a very good price. Thank you for everything!

My room was hot and uncomfortable because the air conditioning was broken, and I couldn’t relax or sleep properly. When I told the front desk, they said the owner would be contacted to fix it, but that never happened. Later they said it couldn’t be fixed, which seemed like an excuse. It felt clear they had no intention of sorting it out. The price was ridiculously high for what you get and definitely not worth the money. Staff seemed dishonest, service was poor, and the amenities were far below expectations. I had an awful stay and wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s not worth your time or money.

The staff are friendly, and the terrace has a gorgeous view. The hotel is nice for the price, though it's very old and there's no lift, so you'll need to carry your luggage. There are 12 parking spots, and finding one is a bit of luck.

We arrived very late by train, and when no taxi was available, the hotel staff arranged one for us. Everyone was really friendly. The building is old, but they look after it. I only wish the coffee came from a proper espresso machine.
