The location is good, the staff are friendly, and there's good parking. Rooms are a bit dated, breakfast is simple, and it's a seven-minute walk to the sea. The beaches are paid, and I felt the room was a little overpriced.

We visited during the week of Ferragosto, and it was a lovely stay in a peaceful, green setting. The rooms have a classic style, are very clean, and have all the essentials. The welcoming staff were especially helpful and made us feel at home. Breakfast is a generous buffet with both sweet and savory choices. Dinner was generous too, with very good homemade food and excellent fish. The sea is a 5-10 minute walk away, and renting a bike is handy for a ride to Forte dei Marmi, about 20 minutes away. A good choice for a relaxing holiday where you don't have to worry about anything.

The hotel is in a quiet area just a short walk from the sea, and the place is nicely kept. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. I couldn't try the food during my stay because the kitchen had already closed.

It's a good location, about a five-minute walk from the beach. The property is somewhat dated, but clean and equipped with all the comforts. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Our quadruple room worked perfectly for a few nights, and we always found it clean and tidy. We ran into several unexpected problems during the stay, and the staff kept doing what they could to help. They were truly kind and friendly. The hotel is in a quiet area, about a 10-minute walk from the sea, and offers a 10% discount at two local beach clubs. Highly recommended if you're staying nearby!
