We only stayed the night of July 12-13 because my child had fallen asleep and we urgently needed somewhere to stay. It was an upsetting experience for my family. The room was also the most expensive place we paid for while traveling around Italy. The sheets had stains, hair, and debris, there were only 2 towels for 3 guests, and the beds smelled like old dirty laundry. The upper bunk’s safety rail felt as though it might fall off. The double mattress sagged badly, with deep dips, and my back hurt the next day. There was no water from the shower. When I went to the front desk, they shouted at me and offered to fix it at midnight or told me to leave. I would have left if my child hadn’t been asleep. The receptionist insisted on checking the bathroom himself. He got shoe dirt all over the floor and splashed water from the sink, which was the only thing that worked. I asked for a refund and was shouted at again and told I could leave.

The rooms are much too small, and the mini fridge is moldy. There’s no room service, the shower is disgusting, and the beach area you’re allowed to use is only a small part of it. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

The property and rooms are in questionable shape, and the Google photos look quite old. The place has deteriorated since those pictures were taken. The service and room service, though, were amazing, and the staff were always nice and helpful.

The inside of the hotel looks nice, and it was okay for sleeping, but it’s overpriced. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel: 2-day-old bread, butter that was warm and runny, fermented, spoiled juice, and salami with a strange smell. Just terrible, don’t eat here. The receptionist was dressed like a cleaner and spoke poor English.

It’s expensive, and the food is bad. My room was small and dirty, with ants in it, and I even found hair in my food. The conditions were bad all around.
