The terrace gave us a beautiful view of the river. The apartment is beside the river and close to the beach, restaurants, pizzerias, and plenty of ice cream parlors. It’s clean and functionally furnished, with air conditioning in every room. Each apartment also has its own parking space inside the fenced property. Sandy beaches suit beach lovers, while the location works well for sightseeing trips to Liguria and Tuscany.

Monia, the host, is wonderful, calm, and relaxed, and was available anytime. Everything was incredibly clean and all the apartments well maintained. It’s about a seven-minute walk to the sea, with restaurants and everything else around.

We spent a week here with my girlfriend and had a great experience. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped, and the surroundings were friendly and quiet. It’s an easy walk to the centre, and the beach is only five minutes away on foot. We’re sure to come back. Thanks to the owners!

Marina di Massa feels like a relaxing oasis for families with children and people of all ages. This is a classy, restful residence with spacious, clean, well-kept apartments, set in a green area not far from the sea. There’s parking in the villa courtyard.

I’ve been at Residence Deamarina for almost a year, and the owners have taken great care of the property and helped me throughout. The modern apartment is well equipped, and its AC handles both summer heat and winter cold more than adequately. The internet has consistently been fast and reliable, which I need for work. The view along the river to the mountains and sea is stunning. It’s a short walk to the sea or the centre of Marina di Massa, and Baker Hughes (Nuovo Pignone) is about a 30-minute walk along the river path. I’d strongly recommend it for a short or long stay in the area.
