The worst part for us was how many hairs we found: on the pillows and sheets, on the bathroom mat, in the shower, even in the fridge. There was also a smell of smoke, though it went away after four days. At the owner's request, I agreed to have the room cleaned, but it wasn't. They only emptied the bins and replaced the paper rolls. The room could use a few practical improvements. There was no Wi-Fi in it, and the bathroom would be easier to use with another robe hook, a holder for shower gel, a light by the mirror, and a flexible shower hose. The curtains didn't block the light, so we had to keep the blinds shut. The fridge beside the bed was noisy too. We're sorry the stay wasn't better.

Gianni, the owner, was always friendly and happy to help with our requests. The location was handy, just off Massafra's main street and close to all the amenities, with convenient parking nearby. Our room was spacious and had its own bathroom, air conditioning, a fridge, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. It's a simple place, but it was well managed.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the owner was very kind and helpful. I had a great stay, even though it was only for one night.

No hot water, and the bed had broken slats, so I slept terribly. One to forget.
