The owners were so kind, and chatting with them was a pleasure. Breakfast was delicious and changed each morning, with lovely produce from their garden, including tomatoes and plums. The house fits beautifully into its natural surroundings, and even the garden plants are lovely. Inside, the rooms were clean and beautifully designed. It's in a peaceful mountain setting with stunning views. I recommend this house!

The hosts were lovely, and although they spoke little English, Google Translate made it easy to communicate. We loved the home-cooked Italian dinners made by the hostess so much that after the first one we didn't want to eat anywhere else. Breakfast was amazing too. The B&B has just three rooms, and our family room on the second floor had two separate units with a bathroom beside them, with no other room on that floor. The rooms have no air conditioning, but the shades are good, though it can still get warm in summer. The accommodation is cozy and beautiful, surrounded by a garden with olive trees and flowers. From the hills there are views of both mountains and sea. It's well placed for Pisa and not too far from Cinque Terre. The nearby beaches aren't the nicest, but Puntacorvo Beach and Punta Bianca, a bit farther away, are both beautiful. Be aware that Puntacorvo Beach requires a reservation and has 700 steps down.

We had a pleasant stay with the kids in this charming B&B. Our family room was on the third floor, and there's no elevator. Breakfast was fine, with sweet Italian pastries, ham and cheese, though an egg option would have been nice. The cappuccino was very good.
