We were very comfortable here and would happily come back. The owners are friendly, and the old building has a lot of charm. Its age is part of the appeal, and you can really see and feel it. There’s plenty of privacy, and the pool is great for cooling off. Viareggio’s public beaches are around 15-20 minutes away, and places like Luca, Massa, and Pisa are easy to reach. Wanda, the owners’ sweet and very well-behaved dog, keeps watch over the property. A lovely, authentic place to stay and relax.

The garden looks like something from a movie, and the whole place is ideal for a peaceful break surrounded by nature. It’s still convenient for getting into the city. The owners are exceptionally kind and always on hand. Highly recommended.
