The area is beautiful and the houses are nice, but it was constantly noisy. We stayed five days. For the first two evenings, a baby cried nonstop, and the walls seem paper-thin since you can hear everything from the next house. There was also a group of children playing loud music by the pool and kicking a football around. I was reading in the BBQ area and they nearly hit me. They walked around the pool in shoes, even though that's clearly not allowed. They seemed to be friends or family of the owner: they just showed up, stayed at the pool for a few hours, then left. It's a shame, since people come to such a lovely area hoping for some peace, and this isn't the place for that. The houses aren't well equipped. Having to buy salt and pepper for a few days is a waste. There was a dishwasher, but only two tablets, which is funny for a five-day stay with four people. Our apartment had three bedrooms, yet after the second person showered, the rest had only cold water. Still, the area itself is lovely, and the man who cared for the garden was extremely friendly and helpful. With a bit more effort, this could be an amazing place.

The building's owner was really nice. He printed our boarding passes for the return trip and made sure we had all the tools and things we needed. Check out his wines and homegrown vegetables and spices. It's a nice hotel in a quiet spot, surrounded by beautiful nature. The prices are really good, and things in the area aren't that expensive either. The walls do let a lot of sound through, though, so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper.

Our superior apartment had three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace, and came with everything we needed. The owner also gave us honey, olive oil, wine, Prosecco and eggs. The pool is at another house, 300 meters away, something not mentioned in the description. Walking there in the blazing sun was really unpleasant, especially with small children, so popping over for a swim wasn't much of an option. Swimming caps are compulsory. The garbage containers are there too, so every time you need to take your bags over. Even with a fan in every room, it was unbearably hot and humid inside. Around 1 a.m. each night, a disgusting sewage smell came in, and we had to shut the windows. There was also a massive mosquito infestation during our stay.

Space is the best thing about this place, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. The furniture is old and neglected, lots of things are missing, there's no microwave or iron, and they didn't even leave a bottle of water. For four people over six days, we got two rolls of toilet paper. The fixtures are outdated and the cleanliness could be better. The pool is about 200 meters away in another building, down a lonely road, and this isn't mentioned anywhere. You have to wear a bathing cap, and they charge two euros per person. That's unheard of and, in my opinion, ridiculous. The price for what you get is unremarkable. There are much better options, so I don't recommend it.

There’s plenty here for a group of four to six: a house, big garden dining hall, pool, gazebo, barbecue, Wi-Fi, and parking for two cars. The property also has laurel, bamboo and olive trees, plus its own wine, soap, oil and other production facilities. We even found several Russian TV channels. Getting here and staying without a car would be difficult.
