La Bodicese B&B

Breakfast was a treat every morning, with Gaby bringing out lots of tasty surprises. She’s so friendly, and the villa on the hill, where she has made four rooms, has a stunning view. My girlfriend and I would definitely come back.

Leni, Gabriella’s adorable little dog, came to greet us at breakfast each morning, which gave the start of the day a cheerful feel. Gabriella also shared helpful local tips, including places to eat and a beach where we could spend a few relaxing days, and she went out of her way to help with our needs. The house, pool and breakfast were all lovely, and every room detail felt elegant and thought through for comfort. From the moment we arrived, Gabriella’s warm welcome made the stay feel special. Vila La Bodicese is a comfortable place with striking architecture, good food and heartfelt hospitality, and we won’t forget our visit.

We slept really well in the comfortable beds, and the rooms were spacious. The garden and pool were standouts, and you can feel the owner’s care throughout the villa. It’s a 700-year-old building that has been renovated and decorated beautifully. Breakfast, served in the garden when the weather allows, has a generous choice including homemade specialties. We stayed five nights, and the view from the mountains above Viareggio was breathtaking.

We felt right at home in this hilltop B&B, with clean, spacious rooms and breakfast in the garden. The views were amazing and the hostess fantastic. We’ll be back!
